For over ten years we have been studying and presenting the best of Spanish winemaking and the best regions in the world, with particular reference to wines and spirits produced on the islands. Our extensive product range includes the Balearic most important wine areas of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. In the same way we develop different gastronomic chefs on the island, as well as all types of courses related to sensory analysis and wine tasting. Also we cover the Hospitality industry in the islands, both advising in the preparation of different wine lists, and collaborating in the training of professionals.
