The landscape of Fornalutx, in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, has been shaped over the centuries with terraces and olive trees unique in the world of the Mallorcan variety. Forever and ever, is the motto of Es Seregalls, an agricultural area producing both extra virgin olive oil and table olives under the Olis Sóller brand. A space committed to maintain contact with the roots, respecting and passing on the tradition of worshiping the centenary olive tree as the central axis of a way of life. Their products add flavor to the visit, where the visitor will also discover a culture rich in knowledge adapted to the environment, self-sufficient and above all sustainable. Es Seregalls has been recognized with the distinctive Consorci Serra de Tramuntana in its work of maintaining and disseminating the values that granted the Serra de Tramuntana the recognition as UNESCO’s World Heritage.
