de GM T\u00e8cnic d&rsquo;olis i vins, de l&rsquo;especialitat de Cuina i gastronomia, Serveis en restauraci\u00f3 i d&rsquo;Agr\u00e0ries han participat del curs d&rsquo;Elaboraci\u00f3, tast i aplicacions d&rsquo;oli d&rsquo;oliva oferit per Oli de Mallorca.<br>Emmarcat a l&rsquo;oferta de formaci\u00f3 per a professors en actiu de la Conselleria d&rsquo;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional, l&rsquo;objectiu del curs era la de proporcionar als docents un coneixement global de l&rsquo;oli d&rsquo;oliva: els vincles amb el territori, les pr\u00e0ctiques agr\u00edcoles, el proc\u00e9s d&rsquo;elaboraci\u00f3, la classificaci\u00f3 dels olis d&rsquo;oliva i el seu \u00fas gastron\u00f2mic.<br>D&rsquo;assist\u00e8ncia presencial, encara que en format on line, el contingut del curs es va articular en dos blocs: un de caire introductori i centrat en aspectes elaiot\u00e8cnics amb tast d&rsquo;Oli de Mallorca a c\u00e0rrec de Sim\u00f3 Adrover i un segon enfocat al producte, a on el cuiner Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s en un format m\u00e9s pr\u00e0ctic de cuina en directe va abordar l\u2019ampli ventall d\u2019aplicacions de l\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra, el seu
