Quan estigui tou, afegir el vi blanc i deixar reduir. Afegir el formatge m\u00f2lt i la nata sense deixar de remenar amb una cullera i triturar fins aconseguir la textura desitjada.<\/p>\n<p>Per elaborar l\u2019ensalada en primer lloc, fregir pinyons panses. Tallar la tom\u00e0tiga en brunoise i picar el cibulet.
