Restaurante Hotel Valldemossa<\/li>\n<li>Joan Alemany \u2013 Es Rac\u00f3 d\u2019Es Teix (Dei\u00e0)<\/li>\n<li>Roc\u00edo Copado \u2013 Restaurante Cluma (Palma)<\/li>\n<li>Pinxo Gonz\u00e1lez \u2013 Ses portes vermelles (Palma)<\/li>\n<li>Alfonso Copado \u2013 Nixe Palace (Palma)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La entrega de premios tendr\u00e1 lugar el mismo d\u00eda 6 de mayo una vez finalizada la deliberaci\u00f3n de los miembros del jurado, en esta edici\u00f3n formado por el cocinero Adri\u00e1n Quetglas, el presidente de los comerciantes del Mercat de l\u2019Olivar, Jaume Aguil\u00f3; Michel Maier, de la Associaci\u00f3 de Periodistes i Escriptors Gastron\u00f2mics ; un representante de la Escola d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears y el presidente de la DO Oli de Mallorca, Sebasti\u00e0 Solivellas.<\/p>\n<p>En esta s\u00e9ptima edici\u00f3n de Oleotapa colaboran con Oli de Mallorca la Escola d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears, el Mercat de l\u2019Olivar y la Conselleria de Medi Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
