M\u00e9ndez guanya Oleotapa 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El xef David M\u00e9ndez (Castillo Hotel Son Vida) ha resultat guanyador de la desena edici\u00f3 del concurs de tapes amb Oli de Mallorca, Oleotapa, a la final desenvolupada a l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De les vuit propostes que s\u2019han presentades, la creaci\u00f3 del jove cuiner ha estat la que millor ha integrat el sabor i els aromes de l\u2019Oli d\u2019Oliva Virgen Extra de qualitat de l\u2019illa, aix\u00ed ho ha determinat el jurat format per la cuinera Maria Solivellas (Ca Na Toneta), Pilar Orcera (Mercat de l\u2019Olivar), Miquel Adrover (periodista gastron\u00f2mic), els professors de Cuina i Restauraci\u00f3 Irene Luj\u00e1n y Manuel Figueroa (Escola Hoteleria de les Illes Balears) i Joan Mayol (president de la DO Oli de Mallorca) al concedir a la tapa \u2018amanida de verat, tom\u00e0tiga semidol\u00e7a i Oli de Mallorca\u2019 la m\u00e0xima puntuaci\u00f3, fet que no resulta nou per a M\u00e9ndez, que ja va guanyar el premi a l\u2019edici\u00f3 de l\u2019any 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped segon lloc, tamb\u00e9 repeteix un altre habitual del certamen, Kike Erazo (Morralla) amb una \u2018<em>panada<\/em> oberta de bacall\u00e0 i OOVE\u2019, mentre que el tercer classificat ha estat Pablo Izquierdo (What a Gozo) amb \u2018Or de la Mediterr\u00e0nia\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex membres del jurat, qu\u00e8 han coincidit a assenyalar el gran nivell de les propostes que, en alguns casos, han fet servir Olis d\u2019Oliva Verge Extra d\u2019Oliva Verge Extra de diferents varietats d\u2019oliva com a recurs per oferir una major complexitat organol\u00e8ptica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 l\u2019Escola d\u2019Hoteleria de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a guanyador del concurs, David M\u00e9ndez ha rebut una sel\u00b7lecci\u00f3 d&#8217;OOVE amb DO Oli de Mallorca, bons per compres al Mercat de l&#8217;Olivar per valor de 250\u20ac i l&#8217;oportunitat d&#8217;assistir com a congresista a Madrid Fusion 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, el segon i tercer classificat a m\u00e9s d&#8217;una sel\u00b7lecci\u00f3 d&#8217;OOVE amb DO Oli de Mallorca, tamb\u00e9 han rebut bons per valor de 150\u20ac i 100\u20ac respectivament per compres al Mercat de l&#8217;Olivar.
