{"id":5392,"date":"2020-02-20T12:32:12","date_gmt":"2020-02-20T12:32:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.olidemallorca.es\/?p=5392"},"modified":"2020-02-21T08:12:50","modified_gmt":"2020-02-21T08:12:50","slug":"oli-de-mallorca-presenta-una-excelente-anada-de-aove-en-la-nit-de-loli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.olidemallorca.es\/en\/oli-de-mallorca-presenta-una-excelente-anada-de-aove-en-la-nit-de-loli\/","title":{"rendered":"Oli de Mallorca presenta una excelente a\u00f1ada de AOVE en la Nit de l&#8217;Oli"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[slideshow_deploy id=&#8217;5369&#8242;]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Aljub d\u2019Es Baluard acogi\u00f3 ayer la quinta edici\u00f3n de la Nit de l\u2019Oli que organiza el consell regulador de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Oli de Mallorca, en la que 17 elaboradores presentaron sus aceites de oliva virgen extra de la cosecha 2019-2020.<\/p>\n<p>Los aceiteros ofrecieron a los asistentes degustaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n sobre sus v\u00edrgenes extra bajo el sello de calidad Oli de Mallorca, con el objectivo de dar a conocer las singularidades y matices que presentan los AOVE en funci\u00f3n no solo de la variedad de la aceituna, sino tambi\u00e9n del momento de la cosecha o la zona de cultivo de los olivos.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de la presentaci\u00f3n, el consell regulador de la DO Oli de Mallorca junto al conseller de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica i Densenvolupament Local, Jaume Alzamora; la consellera de Territori,\u00a0 Maria Ant\u00f2nia Torres; el director general d\u2019Agricultura, Ramaderia i Desenvolupament, Biel Torrens; la directora general de Pol\u00edtiques per a la Sobirania Aliment\u00e0ria, Paula Valero; el conseller insular, Xavier Pascuet y el regidor del Ajuntament de Palma, Alberto Jarabo, entrego diplomas a los productores premiados en diferentes cert\u00e1menes nacionales e Internacionales durante el a\u00f1o 2019 por su contribuci\u00f3n en la puesta en valor la calidad del Oli de Mallorca fuera de Mallorca \u00a0y en la promoci\u00f3n del sello de calidad:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reis de Mallorca \u2013 Rei San\u00e7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recommendation.
